Where can I take my ICAO English Test?
Do you have any training to prepare the test?
Yes, we have 3 types of training currently:
- Online training
- ICAO English Training 20 hours, Budapest
- ICAO English Briefing, 3 hours, one to one, Budapest.
On the ICAO English Training menu there are two different types of trainings mentioned: 6 or 12 hour ICAO English Language Test Preparation courses. Which ones are still valid?
Both are still valid.
When will I know the result of my test?
We can provide the score within 5 working days. Even though, we usually provide them before 3 days.
What is the cost of the test?
Depends on the location you are taking the test.
In Hungary the test is currently 110 euros. In Spain the test is 160 euros.
We also provide tests in Istanbul, for Turkish licence holders. And also in Antalya, for EASA licence holders.

How can I know if my Authority will accept your EASA Approval?
We advise to contact your authority before taking the test, in order to confirm such information.
What is the validity of a certificate with Level 4?
So far, as per ICAO regulation, the validity is 4 years from the date of the test.
What is the validity of a certificate with Level 5?
So far, as per ICAO regulation, the validity is 6 years from the date of the test.
What is the validity of a certificate with Level 6?
So far, as per ICAO regulation, the validity is for lifetime.
Can you issue a certificate with Level 6?
Yes, we are approved by Hungarian Civil Aviation to issue even Level 6, if the candidate meets the requirements.
How long does the test take?
The test itself takes approximately 25-30 minutes. Even though, as there are instructions to give and some paperwork to complete, the slots are given for one hour.
Where is the certification valid?
The certification is valid in all countries under EASA regulation.
What are the documents I need to take for the exam?
In order to take the exam, you need to bring with you the following documents:
- Your personal ID/Passport
- Your pilot’s Licence (if stated)
